Dr. Charis O'Connor attended the University of Pittsburgh for both her dental education and her orthodontic training, where she graduated in the top of her class. Dr. O'Connor made the Dean's list each year of her dental education and was inducted into an elite academic fraternity, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, in 2002.  Dr. O'Connor graduated from dental school in 2002 and from her residency program in 2005.

Her training in Pittsburgh gave her insight  to several facets of learning philosophies and treatment modalities which she implements in private practice.  To provide her patients with the highest quality treatment available, she attends conventions and seminars to further her education.  She is an active member of The American Association of Orthodontics, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, the Maryland State Society of Orthodontists, as well as local study clubs. 

Dr. O'Connor resides in Annapolis with her husband, Michael, and their two dear daughters, Regan and Avery.  When she is not creating beautiful smiles at work, she enjoys tennis, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
